What is stored
Referral labels, campaign source/medium/name, coupon selections and payment-screen walkthrough events are stored with your basket or signed-in identifier. First and last referral touches are kept separately from coupon ownership within a 30-day attribution window. We do not record full referring URLs, IP addresses or contact fields for this feature. These events are not sales, payment confirmations or proof that a referral caused a purchase.
Guest baskets use a random, HTTP-only cookie and store only material selections and quantities on the server. The cookie lasts up to 30 days. Contact and shipping details you enter at checkout are kept with the order you place and are used only to fulfil it and to send order and invoice emails. A guest basket is merged into your account when you sign in.
A password account stores your email, a salted password hash, your name, and session records. Orders, carts and saved bundles are linked to the account so you can see them from any device. Do not provide sensitive information or medical records.
How records are used
The research acknowledgment you accept at checkout, its version and a server timestamp are retained with your order. Order, payment and shipment records are kept in our operations system for accounting, quality and recall purposes.
Checkout does not collect card details on this site. Orders are invoiced and paid by bank transfer, and payment records are entered by our team. Order status and tracking are visible only to the basket or account that placed the order. No analytics or session-replay service is installed. Transactional email is sent through Azure Communication Services.
Your rights
To ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted where the law allows, contact us through the address on the site information page. Order and accounting records are kept for the period required by law.
